This Shipping Policy has been meticulously crafted to govern the terms and conditions surrounding the shipment of our products. By placing an order through our platform, the customer acknowledges and consents to the stipulations set forth herein, thereby waiving any rights to dispute the provisions post-facto.

1. Shipping Regions

Scensta exclusively operates within the territorial confines of Pakistan. Orders placed from regions outside this jurisdiction shall be automatically nullified without prior notification. This strategic limitation enables us to maintain quality control and prevent logistical inconsistencies that often arise from international shipping. Customers attempting to bypass this policy through third-party shipping intermediaries shall bear full responsibility for any loss, damage, or misplacement of the product.

2. Shipping Duration and Processing Time

Upon successful confirmation of payment, orders enter a rigorous processing phase, typically spanning 2-3 business days. During this period, Scensta’s quality assurance team meticulously inspects each product to ensure it meets our high standards before dispatch. The estimated delivery timeframe ranges between 5-7 business days, depending on the recipient's geographical location and the efficiency of our partnered courier services. However, Scensta absolves itself of any liability arising from delays attributable to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental interventions, and unforeseen logistical disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges and Additional Fees

The shipping cost is calculated based on multiple variables, including the weight and dimensions of the package, the delivery destination, and the selected courier service. These charges shall be disclosed at the time of checkout and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Moreover, customers may incur additional fees, such as customs duties or local taxes, for which Scensta bears no responsibility. Customers failing to clear these additional charges within the stipulated timeframe risk forfeiture of their package without any refund or compensation.

4. Delivery Protocol and Recipient Responsibilities

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a unique tracking number via email or SMS, enabling real-time monitoring of their shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the provided delivery address and the availability of an authorized recipient to accept the package. In cases where the courier service marks the package as “delivered,” Scensta shall consider the transaction complete and bear no further liability for loss, theft, or misplacement of the package.

5. Inspection and Claims for Damaged Products

Customers are obligated to conduct a thorough inspection of the product immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be lodged within 5 working days of delivery. Failure to adhere to this timeframe shall render the claim invalid. For a return request to be entertained, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging.
  • High-resolution photographic and video evidence of the damaged item must be submitted.
  • The customer must initiate the return process within the specified timeframe.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne solely by the customer.

Scensta retains the exclusive right to assess the validity of the provided evidence and determine whether the claim warrants a refund or replacement. Any attempts to manipulate evidence or submit fraudulent claims will result in permanent blacklisting from future purchases.

6. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Scensta enforces a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in the event of product damage during transit. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the fragrance, incorrect selection, or change of preference. The customer acknowledges that fragrance selection is subjective and, therefore, assumes full responsibility for their purchase decisions.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages

Scensta bears no responsibility for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as “delivered” by the courier service. Customers are advised to provide accurate delivery details and ensure the presence of an authorized recipient at the time of delivery. In instances where a package is lost during transit, Scensta reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation in collaboration with the courier service. However, the final decision regarding compensation or reshipment remains at the sole discretion of Scensta’s management.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations or modifications are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent manipulation and to uphold the integrity of our inventory management system. Customers are urged to review their orders meticulously before proceeding to checkout.

9. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

Scensta shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, labor strikes, and transportation disruptions. In such instances, customers shall have no right to demand refunds or compensation.

10. Confidential Handling of Customer Data

While Scensta guarantees the confidentiality of customer information provided during the checkout process, we reserve the right to retain shipping details for internal auditing and analytical purposes. This data may be used to assess customer behavior and enhance our logistics strategy. However, under no circumstances will this information be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the customer.

11. Amendments to the Shipping Policy

Scensta reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notification. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically. Continued use of Scensta’s services following any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By proceeding with a purchase, the customer unequivocally agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions, thereby waiving any future claims or disputes against Scensta. Any legal disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
