Return and Refund Policy

At Scensta, we uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and the increasing prevalence of fraudulent activities, we have implemented a highly stringent return and refund policy to protect our brand's integrity. By placing an order on our platform, the customer automatically consents to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns will only be accepted in the event of a product being damaged during transit. The following conditions must be met for a return request to be considered:

  • The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging. This means that the product should not have been tampered with, opened, or used in any manner.
  • The customer must provide clear photographic and video evidence of the damaged product upon receipt.
  • The return request must be initiated within 5 working days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost.

2. Conditions for Refund

A refund will only be processed if the product meets the eligibility criteria stated above. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days after approval of the return request. The refund amount will only cover the product cost, excluding shipping fees and other charges.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Failure to lodge a return request within 5 working days of delivery.
  • Absence of valid proof of damage.
  • Any product that has been opened or used.

4. Process for Return Request

To initiate a return request, the customer must follow these steps:

  2. Provide the order number and evidence of the damaged product (photos and videos).
  3. Upon approval, ship the product back to our designated return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional customs duties or handling fees incurred during the return process will not be reimbursed by Scensta.

6. Fraudulent Claims

Scensta reserves the right to permanently blacklist customers who attempt to submit fraudulent claims or provide false evidence. Attempts to exploit our return policy will result in strict legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scensta shall not be held liable for delays in refunds caused by banking institutions or third-party payment gateways. Processing times may vary based on financial institution policies.

8. Amendments to the Policy

Scensta reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase.
