  • You have a 3-day window from the date of delivery to return the product. If you believe you have a valid reason for returning the product after this period, please contact us.

  • The product is damaged or broken upon arrival.
  • The fragrance of the product is not as described or expected. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, after the product has been returned to us and inspected. Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
