Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Pakistan. Any international orders will be automatically voided without prior notification.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is between 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
What is your return policy?
We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in the case of a product being damaged during transit. Returns will only be accepted if the customer provides proper photographic and video evidence within 5 working days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, you must contact our support team within 5 working days with clear photographic and video evidence. After verification, we will either issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No, we do not offer samples. However, our product descriptions and customer reviews can help you make an informed decision.
Can I resell Scensta products?
No, Scensta products are strictly for personal use. Any attempt to resell or distribute our products without prior authorization will result in legal action.
